Meet Olive, Also known as Miss Barkalot!

Olive was a rescue dog that had been found in a gypsy site on a back of a truck.

​

Olive struggles in life and has generalised anxiety, separation anxiety and use to BARK A LOT!! Barking is possible her favourite thing to do like, and like many breeds they find it quite rewarding.

​

I won't lie, Olive was and continues to be one of greatest challenges because we really have to keep on top of the behaviours other wise she easily reverts back to Miss Barkalot! - We are on a bit of a journey with her and are 99% of the way there now.

​

Olive helped me learn patience and understanding and taught me how to unravel the complicated layers of a dog with noise sensitivity, anxiety and a high propensity to stress

​

The good news for my ears is that Olive is a different dog now, and still has a little woof every now and again, she's learned different coping strategies and behaviours which help her enjoy life a lot more. Ps she's a mummy's girl and would be cuddled all day if she could.

How Does It Work?

  • The programme will guide you through a personalised and tailored plan to gradually expose your dog to sounds using a process called desensitisation

  • The entire process is conducted via Zoom because we need to see your dogs real responses to the training without the distraction of a stranger present

  • Each week I give you easy to follow plans based on our consultations and progress

  • I support you in between via Whats App and keep you on track with your dog with help and check ins
